Adam has been in recruitment and executive search since 2016. From 2018 until founding Mycelium he worked in-house, most recently as Head of Talent at UNiDAYS, and earlier helping build teams through Ola's UK launch.
His in-house work focused on the parts of senior hiring that determine whether a leader actually succeeds: designing the employer brand candidates encounter, building fair and equitable interview processes, embedding structured scorecards into hiring decisions, and running diversity, equity and inclusion capability programmes for hiring managers. He has scaled leadership and executive teams through rapid growth and international expansion, and brings a practitioner's view of what makes a senior appointment land, or quietly fail.
